Package 1 - Basic Accident Coverage
1.  Accidental Death Face amount of Policy
2.  Disability due to Accident Benefit:

Both hands

100% of sum insured

Both Feet

100% of sum insured
 

Sight of both eyes

100% of sum insured
  Sight of One Eye and One Hand, or Sight of One Eye and One Foot 100% of sum insured
  One Hand or One Foot or Sight of One Eye 50% of sum insured
 

Loss of Thumb and Index Finger of either hand by amputation at or    above the     metacarphalangeal joint

 20% of sum insured
3.  Double Indemnity Benefit

The amounts payable in Benefits 1 & 2 shall be doubled if the accidental death and disability is sustained: While the insured is riding as a passenger in any land, sea or public transportation over an established route; or While riding as a passenger in an elevator car for public use; or As a result of the burning of any public building and the insured was inside at the start of the fire.

 
Package 2- Accident & Hospitalization Coverage
1.  All the Benefits in Package 1, plus...
2.  Hospital confinement due to
     Accidental Injury 		Offers daily hospital income benefit for confinement within 180 days from the date of accident;
3. Hospital confinement in an
    intensive care unit due to
    Accidental Injury		 Pays additional daily income for each day of confinement in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
4.  Surgical Fee Benefit If surgical procedure is required due to sustained Injury, we will reimburse the actual, reasonable, necessary and customary surgical expenses the insured may incur within 180 days
5.  Life Insurance Benefit Provides lump sum cash equal to 10% of the sum insured in case of death not resulting from accident.
